Which Port Canaveral cruise terminal does your cruise line use?

What Port Canaveral's rules mean for your ride

The Port's rules, effective October 1, 2025, require every commercial vehicle to be registered and permitted, every fare to be pre-arranged and pre-paid, and at least $1 million in auto liability insurance. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance.

The rules also limit meet and greet to designated areas (curbside at Cruise Terminal 8) and cap loading-zone stops at 15 minutes unless a vehicle is actively loading or unloading. So book before you sail, and give us your ship name so your driver knows where to meet you. This is general information, not legal advice.

Port Canaveral airport transfer on debarkation day

Most ships dock between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, the drive to MCO takes about 45 to 60 minutes, and your cruise line sets the earliest flight it recommends.

Book the return before you sail: rideshare estimates surge 1.5 to 2 times between 7:30 and 9:30 AM on debarkation mornings, while a JOB fare costs the same as the outbound trip.
