What's the best way to get a group of 7 to 14 to Disney?

One private van. An UberXL seats up to 6, and Disney's Minnie Van fits up to 6 and serves only Deluxe-level guests. A family reunion of 11 would need at least two cars, two fares with their own surge pricing, and a plan to find each other at the resort.

Our 12- and 14-passenger Ford Transit vans keep everyone together, with one driver, one meeting point inside the terminal and one flat price. A full 14-passenger van at $179 works out to $12.79 each, less than a Mears Connect adult seat. At full load the 12-passenger van fits your luggage and the 14-passenger van fits your luggage (we confirm the fit when you book).

Groceries and car seats on the way to Disney

MCO suggests allowing about 20 minutes after landing to reach the curb, or 40 with checked bags; your driver is already inside. More tips in our MCO Terminal C pickup guide.

A grocery stop on the way

Ask for a grocery stop when you book, and your driver will stop at a store on the route so you arrive with water, breakfast, snacks, diapers and sunscreen (arranged when you book). One stop on the way saves a separate taxi or a delivery order after you check in.

Car seats for the ride to Disney

Tell us each child's age and weight when you book, and we'll bring the right seat: we carry seats and boosters for each child's age and size, and they are priced when you book.

Our standard follows NHTSA guidance: children ride in the back seat at least through age 12, stay rear-facing as long as possible, and use a booster until the seat belt fits. Florida's child restraint statute, Fla. Stat. 316.613, sets rules for children 5 and younger. This is general information, not legal advice.
