How MCO airport meet and greet works at Terminal C

MCO's official meeting point for Terminal C is the Meet and Greet Area on Level 6, inside the terminal by bag claim. International passengers walk out of Customs straight into it.

MCO also suggests meeting at your airline's carousel, on the Level 6 curb or at a pre-security cafe or shop. Family members can apply for an Experience MCO Visitor Pass to wait airside in Terminal C. Cars may not sit at the curb, so drivers picking up on their own are sent to the free Cell Phone Lot.

Flying in from abroad? At Terminal C, bags come first

Terminal C is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection "Bags First" facility: you collect checked bags before passport control, not after. You then exit Customs into the Meet and Greet Area and domestic bag claim on Level 6.

Global Entry kiosks and the CBP Mobile Passport app are available for eligible passengers. Customs waits vary from day to day, so a driver who waits for you inside matters most here.

Terminal C is home to Aeromexico, Avianca, Copa and Iberia, so many arriving families speak Spanish. Ask for a Spanish-speaking driver, and you can sort out bags, car seats and a grocery stop in Spanish. Guía del aeropuerto de Orlando en español.

Orlando airport luggage pickup delays: how long to allow

MCO tells anyone picking up a passenger to allow at least 20 minutes after the plane lands, or 40 minutes if the passenger has checked bags. That covers the walk from the gate to bag claim; international arrivals at Terminal C also clear Customs after collecting their bags.

  • Text your driver from the plane with your bag count, so nobody guesses.
  • Check the Level 6 screens for your carousel number before you look for your driver.
  • Bag missing? Report it to your airline at bag claim before you leave the terminal, then let your driver know.

How do you get from Terminal C to Terminals A and B?

Take the Terminal Link train between the Train Station and Terminal B, a 4-minute ride that runs 24 hours, plus a walk of about 1,200 feet through Parking Garage C. Or ride the 24-hour shuttle bus between Terminal C Level 1, space C272, and Terminal B Level 1, space B65.

To walk to the Train Station, exit Terminal C on Level 4. This matters when a group lands in two terminals, for example grandparents on Southwest into Terminal A and the family on JetBlue into Terminal C.
