Orlando Private Shuttle Service: 12- and 14-Passenger Vans With a Driver

Updated October 2026 · En español

JOB Transportation of Florida is an Orlando private shuttle service for groups of 7 to 14, using 12- and 14-passenger Ford Transit vans with a professional driver, not a rental. One flat price per van, tolls included: Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Disney costs $159 in the 12-passenger van or $179 in the 14, about $12.79 per person when full.

What is a private shuttle, and how is it different from a shared one?

A private shuttle carries only your group, straight from pickup to drop-off, for one price per vehicle. A shared shuttle charges each passenger and stops at other hotels on the way: Mears Connect from MCO to Disney hotels typically takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on hotel, traffic and stops. In our van, your group is the only stop.

It is not a rental either: nobody in your group drives, parks or handles tolls, and Orlando tollbooths do not accept credit cards. Compare renting a 15-passenger van vs a van with a driver.

Why 12 and 14 seats matter: many private vans in Orlando top out at 10 or 11 riders (GO Airport Shuttle's private vans take up to 11, Always Superb's Transit up to 10). Ours carry 12 or 14, so 13 or 14 people still ride in one van. Luggage often runs out before seats, so tell us your bag count.

How much does a private group shuttle cost in Orlando?

One way, per vehicle, with tolls and MCO airport fees included; gratuity is optional. Round trips save a step.

Flat van rate vs Mears Connect per-person fares

The bigger your group, the more a flat rate saves. Mears Connect charges $17.60 per adult one way plus a 6% fuel surcharge, about $18.66 each; our 12-passenger van costs the same whether 8 or 12 people ride.

To be fair, for 7 or 8 adults a shared seat costs a little less. From 9 adults up, one private van costs less than Mears Connect. Mears Connect Express, the direct option, is round trip only: about $731 for 12, against $318 for two one-way rides in our 12-passenger van.

Twelve people otherwise need two Uber XLs (about $110 to $200+ one way, more at peak) or two Disney Minnie Vans, which seat 6 each and serve Deluxe resort guests only. On a quiet day two Uber XLs can cost less, but they arrive separately, prices move with demand and car seats are not standard. Our guide on MCO to Disney with a group compares every option.

Call, text or WhatsApp us with your headcount, children's ages, bags, flights and addresses. We reply with one flat price.

How much is a private shuttle for a group in Orlando?

Our 12-passenger Ford Transit is $145 from MCO to Universal and $159 from MCO to Disney, one way. The price is per vehicle, not per person, with tolls and airport fees included.

What is the best transportation for 10 people from Orlando airport?

A 12-passenger van is the simplest choice for 10 people: one vehicle, one price and room for bags. From MCO to Disney it works out to about $15.90 per person.

How many people fit in a 14-passenger van?

Our 14-passenger Ford Transit seats up to 14 riders. With every seat full, it fits your luggage (we confirm the fit when you book).

Is this a van rental?

No. Every van comes with a professional driver, so nobody in your group has to drive, park or pay tolls.

What if our group is bigger than 14?

We can send two vehicles, each at its own flat fare. Ask when you book so we can confirm both are free for your date.

Do you have car seats in the van?

Yes. Car seats and boosters are priced when you book. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book.

Do your drivers speak Spanish?

Yes. Our Spanish-speaking drivers can help your family in Spanish from pickup to drop-off.
