Group transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral, 7 to 14 passengers

A private van carries your whole group, up to 12 or 14 passengers, so nobody is split between cars or left waiting at the curb. As MCO notes, taxis charge per trip while shuttles charge per person, and for groups per-trip pricing wins.

  • Multi-family cruises, reunions, wedding parties, church and school groups book our vans.
  • Send your suitcase count with your booking and we confirm whether one van fits everything.

More group options: our private group shuttle in a 12- or 14-passenger van.

What time should your flight land on cruise day?

Aim to land at MCO by 11:00 AM, and no later than noon. The cruise lines' own transfer cut-offs fall between 11:30 AM and 12 PM, and the last shared shuttles leave MCO around 12:30 PM.

Allow about 20 minutes after landing to reach the curb, or 40 with checked bags. Flying in the day before removes the delay risk, and we can pick you up at your Orlando hotel or vacation home the next morning.

  • Book ahead: Port rules say fares must be pre-arranged and pre-paid, and rideshare prices can surge 1.5 to 2 times from 7:30 to 9:30 AM on debarkation mornings.
