Wedding Transportation Orlando: Guest Shuttle Vans Between Hotels and Venue

Updated October 2026

For wedding transportation, Orlando couples book JOB's 12- and 14-passenger Ford Transit vans to loop guests between the hotel block and the ceremony or reception venue, and an SUV or minivan for the couple or family. You pay one hourly rate per vehicle, not per guest: $99 an hour for a 12-passenger van.

What does a wedding guest shuttle do?

It drives your guests from their hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception if it's somewhere else, and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Nobody has to drive after the toasts, hunt for parking in formal shoes or split into rideshares.

  • Airport arrivals: guests met inside the MCO terminal and driven to the hotel block.
  • Welcome party or rehearsal dinner: a van round trip from the hotel to the restaurant.
  • Ceremony loops: repeated hotel-to-venue trips until every rider is seated.
  • End-of-night returns: an early run for grandparents and families with kids, then loops after the last dance.
  • Day-after departures: airport drop-offs, or a honeymoon cruise from Port Canaveral for the couple.

We run vans, SUVs and a minivan, not party buses or motorcoaches. If 150 or more guests must arrive at once, a motorcoach company is the better tool, and we'll say so. The same vans handle event group transportation for conventions and teams.

How much does wedding transportation in Orlando cost?

Wedding transportation in Orlando is usually priced by the hour per vehicle. JOB charges one hourly rate per vehicle, however many guests ride: a 14-passenger van running loops for 5 hours costs $545.

Hourly wedding shuttle prices per vehicle
VehicleSeatsPer hour3 hours5 hours8 hours (full wedding day)
Ford Transit 14-passenger vanUp to 14$109$327$545$872
Ford Transit 12-passenger vanUp to 12$99$297$495$792
Ford Expedition or Chevrolet Suburban SUVUp to 6$89$267$445$712
MinivanUp to 6$79$237$395$632

The minimum booking is 3 hours, and gratuity is optional. Other Orlando operators we checked charge $100 to $240 an hour for a 14-seat van, several with a mandatory gratuity and a 3-hour minimum (published prices, October 2026).

What it costs per guest

With the hotel 15 minutes from the venue and a 5-hour ceremony and reception, as in the sample timeline below, one van needs about 5 hours plus an hour for each wave of hotel departures.

Wedding shuttle cost per guest with one 14-passenger van
Guests ridingVehicle and hoursTotalPer guest
25 guestsOne 14-passenger van, 7 hours$763$30.52
50 guestsOne 14-passenger van, 9 hours$981$19.62

More riders, or less time to seat them? Ask us about a second vehicle on your date.

How many shuttle trips does our wedding need?

One 14-passenger van delivers 50 riders in 1 h 45 min when the venue is 15 minutes away. Count riders, not the whole guest list.

Time for one 14-passenger van to deliver every rider, 15 minutes each way
Guests ridingTripsTime to deliver everyone
25245 min
5041 h 45 min
7562 h 45 min
10083 h 45 min

The formula is (trips minus 1) times the loop time, plus the one-way time. If the answer runs past about an hour, start earlier or ask about a second vehicle. For June to September dates, plan a covered drop-off: summer afternoon rain is common, and hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30 (Visit Orlando).

Sample timeline: 40 guests, 5:00 pm ceremony

One 14-passenger van from 3:00 to 11:00 pm (8 hours) costs $872, or $21.80 per guest:

  • 3:00 pm: the van arrives at the hotel lobby.
  • 3:15, 3:45 and 4:15 pm: three departures of up to 14 guests. The last group is seated by about 4:30, 30 minutes before the ceremony.
  • 5:00 to 10:00 pm: ceremony and reception at the same venue; the van waits on site.
  • 9:30 pm: an early run for grandparents and families with kids.
  • 10:05 and 10:35 pm: return loops after the 10:00 pm last dance. The last group reaches the hotel around 10:50, and the van is released at 11:00 pm.

Where do you run wedding shuttles in Orlando?

Across Orlando, to resort ballrooms, garden venues and private estates. Plan by area:

Wedding shuttle planning by venue area
Venue areaWhere guests usually stayWhat to plan for
Walt Disney World, including the Wedding Pavilion on Seven Seas LagoonDisney resorts and Lake Buena Vista hotelsDisney's wedding team can arrange guest transportation that counts toward your event minimum; theme-park events require you to provide it. Ask your planner where outside vehicles drop off
Lake Buena Vista and the Disney Springs areaHotels along the Lake Buena Vista corridorSeveral hotel blocks close together: one loop can stop at each hotel in turn
International Drive and the Universal areaI-Drive and Universal-area hotel blocksLarge resorts have several entrances, so name one pickup door per hotel
Downtown Orlando and Winter ParkDowntown hotels and Winter Park innsHistoric and garden venues may have little parking, which is when a shuttle helps most
Kissimmee, Celebration and ChampionsGate vacation homesSeveral villas or vacation homesWe plan a multi-stop pickup route; register the van at the gatehouse of gated communities

Can you pick up out-of-town wedding guests at the airport?

Yes, at both Orlando airports. At Orlando International (MCO) the driver meets guests inside the terminal with a name sign (quoted with your ride), and we pick up at Orlando Sanford (SFB) too.

  • One flat price per vehicle: MCO to Disney-area resorts is $99 for up to 6, or $179 for up to 14, which is $12.79 each in a full van. MCO's approximate fares to the Disney resorts area are $23 one way per person for a shared shuttle van and $52 to $68 for a taxi. Universal and I-Drive hotels start at $89. See MCO to Disney World, MCO to Universal and MCO ground transportation.
  • Room for families of 7 to 14: Disney's Minnie Van fits up to 6. One Transit carries two families and your luggage (we confirm the fit when you book).
  • Car seats and boosters for flower girls and ring bearers: we carry seats and boosters for each child's age and size, and they are priced when you book. See car seats and boosters.
  • A store stop on the way for water, snacks or welcome-bag supplies (arranged when you book).
  • Spanish-speaking drivers for relatives more at ease in Spanish (van para grupos en Orlando).

Bachelorette and bachelor party transportation

A 12- or 14-passenger van with a driver keeps the whole group together for dinner, Disney Springs, International Drive or downtown Orlando, from $99 an hour. You choose the stops; the driver waits and brings everyone back to the hotel or vacation home.

  • Cost: a 4-hour night in the 14-passenger van is $436, or $31.14 each for 14 friends.
  • The vehicle: a clean, comfortable van, not a party bus.
