Booking, prices and payment

Can't find your answer?

Call, text or WhatsApp us. You'll talk to the family that drives you.

How much does Orlando airport transportation cost with JOB?

A private ride from MCO to a Walt Disney World resort is $99 in a minivan and $179 in a 14-passenger Ford Transit, one way, for the whole vehicle. Book your arrival and return together to save a step, and see every route on our rates page.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle, so the more people ride, the less each one pays. A full 14-passenger van from MCO to Disney comes to $12.79 each, while the Mears Connect shared shuttle is $17.60 per adult plus a 6% fuel surcharge, about $18.66.

What is included in the price?

Tolls and airport fees are included, and the fare covers the whole vehicle, not each seat. Meet and greet inside the terminal is quoted with your ride, car seats are priced when you book, and the grocery stop is arranged when you book.

Do I have to tip the driver?

No. Gratuity is optional, so the fare you are quoted is the fare you pay, and a tip is simply your choice if your driver made the day easier.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as your flights or sailing dates are set, especially if you need a 12- or 14-passenger van. Our minimum notice is set by availability (call or WhatsApp to check a last-minute ride).

How do I book and pay?

Call, text or WhatsApp 407-837-5656, email sales@jobtransportationofflorida.com, or book online. We accept the payment options shown at booking, and rides that start at Port Canaveral are paid ahead because the Port's rules require fares to be pre-arranged and pre-paid.

What should I have ready when I book?

Your flight numbers or ship name, the number of adults and children, each child's age for car seats, your bag count and any grocery stop you want. That lets us match the vehicle and seats to your family.

What is your cancellation policy?

Ask us about cancellation terms before you confirm. If your flight or cruise changes, call or text 407-837-5656 as soon as you know and we will work with you on a new time.

Airport pickups at MCO and Sanford

Where will my driver meet me at Orlando International Airport (MCO)?

Inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name. In Terminals A and B that is the Level 2 baggage claim, and in Terminal C it is the Meet & Greet Area on Level 6, the meeting point the airport designates. Terminal by terminal: our MCO ground transportation guide.

How long after landing should we expect to walk out?

MCO suggests allowing about 20 minutes after landing, or about 40 minutes if you checked bags. There is no need to rush: your driver meets you inside, so you are not hunting for a car at the curb.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We adjust your pickup to your flight's new time. Always include your flight number when you book.

Do you pick up at Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB)?

Yes. Sanford's pickup zone for pre-arranged rides is directly across the street from Baggage Claim areas 1 to 3. See Sanford airport to Disney World for the most popular route.

How early will you pick us up for our flight home?

We count back from your departure time: MCO recommends reaching the security checkpoint 2 hours before your flight, and we add the drive time and a traffic cushion. Tell us your flight and we suggest the pickup time.

Disney World and Universal

Does Disney still offer a free airport shuttle?

No. Disney confirms that airport transportation is not included with a Disney Resort hotel stay, and the Sunshine Flyer merged into Mears Connect on August 1, 2023. Your choices today are the Mears Connect shared shuttle, Disney's Minnie Van (Deluxe guests only), rideshare, a rental car or a private ride like ours.

How long is the drive from MCO to Walt Disney World?

Usually 30 to 60 minutes on the Mears Connect shared shuttle, depending on your hotel, traffic and the number of stops. A private JOB ride makes no other hotel stops and goes straight to your resort. Full details: MCO to Disney World.

Can a Disney Minnie Van take our whole group?

Only if you are 6 or fewer. Disney's Minnie Van fits up to 6 passengers and up to 2 car seats, and its airport service is limited to Deluxe, Deluxe Villa and Club Level guests, so a group of 7 to 14 is better off together in one JOB Ford Transit.

Do you go to Universal Orlando and Epic Universe?

Yes. MCO to Universal and International Drive hotels starts at $89, or $165 for 14 passengers, and we also drive to Epic Universe, Universal's fourth theme park, which opened May 22, 2025. See MCO to Universal Studios.

Can we stop for groceries on the way to our resort?

Yes. We can stop at a store on the way to your resort, vacation home or the cruise port, so you arrive with water, snacks and diapers already in hand (arranged when you book). Ask for the stop when you book.

Port Canaveral and cruises

How far is Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport?

About 42 to 45 miles, or roughly 45 to 60 minutes by road on SR 528, the Beachline Expressway. MCO lists the route as 42 miles and the Port says the drive is about 45 minutes.

How much is a private ride from MCO to Port Canaveral?

A minivan is $159 and a 14-passenger Ford Transit van $249, per vehicle, in either direction. Booked full, that van comes to $17.79 each, less than the $29.99 per person Go Port shared shuttle. Details: MCO to Port Canaveral.

Can you pick up at the Port Canaveral cruise terminals?

Yes, at every cruise terminal. Since October 1, 2025, the Port requires every commercial vehicle to be registered and permitted with at least $1 million in auto liability insurance, and it allows meet and greet only in designated areas (curbside at Cruise Terminal 8). We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance. See Port Canaveral transportation.

Which cruise terminal does my ship use?

It depends on your ship. Port Canaveral's schedule assigns each ship a terminal (the table on this page), but some ships appear under two terminals and assignments can change, so check your cruise documents. Give us your ship name when you book and we will drop you at the right terminal.

What is the earliest flight I can book after my cruise?

It depends on your cruise line: 11:15 AM or later with Disney Cruise Line, no earlier than 12:50 PM on Carnival's transfers, and at least five hours after arrival with MSC. Most ships return between 6:00 and 7:00 AM; then add the 45 to 60 minute drive and MCO's 2-hour security recommendation. See Port Canaveral to Orlando airport.

Can you drive us from a Disney resort to the cruise port?

Yes, for any cruise line. Disney resorts to Port Canaveral starts at $179, or $269 for 14 passengers ($19.21 each), while Disney Cruise Line's own motorcoach costs $45 per guest each way. See Port Canaveral to Disney World.

What is the post-cruise baggage hold?

We pick up you and your bags at the cruise terminal, keep the luggage with us while you visit Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach or Jetty Park, then drive you to MCO for your flight. Kennedy Space Center prohibits luggage and other large bags, and our baggage hold starts at $249 for up to several hours. See Port Canaveral luggage storage.

Will my fare go up on debarkation morning?

No. Your JOB fare is fixed when you book, while rideshare prices from the port can surge 1.5 to 2 times between about 7:30 and 9:30 AM on debarkation mornings.

Groups, vans and luggage

How many people fit in your vehicles?

Our minivan and our Ford Expedition and Chevrolet Suburban SUVs each seat up to 6 passengers, and our Ford Transit vans seat 12 or 14. One van keeps a group of up to 14 together on one flat fare, with no splitting between cars.

How much luggage can we bring?

Capacity depends on the vehicle (see the table on this page). Tell us how many suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and car seats you are bringing when you book, and we will match the vehicle to your load.

What if our group is bigger than 14?

We can send two vehicles, each at its own flat fare. Ask when you book so we can confirm both are free for your date. See our private group van shuttle.

Families and car seats

Do you provide car seats and booster seats?

Yes. We carry seats and boosters for each child's age and size, and they are priced when you book. Tell us each child's age and weight when you book so the right seats are ready. More: Orlando car service with car seats.

Does Florida law require car seats in a private van?

Whatever the rule for a given vehicle, our standard is a proper car seat or booster for every young child, following NHTSA guidance. Florida's child-restraint law covers children 5 and younger (Fla. Stat. 316.613), and how it applies depends on how the statutes classify a vehicle (Fla. Stat. 316.003). This is general information, not legal advice.

When can my child stop using a booster seat?

NHTSA advises keeping a child in a booster until the adult seat belt fits, with the lap belt across the upper thighs and the shoulder belt across the chest, and keeping children in the back seat at least through age 12. Not sure which seat fits? Tell us your child's age and weight and we will bring the right one.

Spanish-speaking drivers

Do you have Spanish-speaking drivers?

Yes. Ask for a Spanish-speaking driver when you book any airport, Disney, Universal or Port Canaveral ride.

Safety, insurance and who we are

Are you insured and certified?

Yes. JOB carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance, well above Florida's for-hire minimum of $125,000/$250,000/$50,000 (Fla. Stat. 324.032), and is certified for pickup and drop-off at airports, cruise terminals, resorts and homes. Every vehicle is held to the highest maintenance standard.

Who will be driving us?

A member of a family-run Orlando team: riders' reviews name Pedro and his family. As Yvonne M. wrote, "We have just returned and used Pedro and his family, excellent service and so nice. Will definitely use him again and continue to recommend." Read more about JOB Transportation.

Is JOB affiliated with Disney, Universal, a cruise line or the airport?

No. JOB Transportation of Florida is an independent, family-run company and is not affiliated with Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, any cruise line, Port Canaveral or Orlando International Airport.

What areas do you serve?

Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Sanford (SFB), Walt Disney World and Lake Buena Vista, Universal and International Drive, Kissimmee and Celebration vacation homes, Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. We pick up at airports, cruise terminals, resorts, hotels and private homes.

Can you take us to Kennedy Space Center or Cocoa Beach?

Yes. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is about 50 miles from Orlando via SR 528 and has no public transportation, and Cocoa Beach is about 51 miles from MCO. Orlando to Kennedy Space Center starts at $169 and MCO to Cocoa Beach at $159 per vehicle.

Do you offer hourly service?

Yes. Hourly rides are $79 an hour for the minivan, $89 for an SUV, $99 for a 12-passenger van and $109 for a 14-passenger van, with a minimum of 3 hours. It works well for park days, dinners or a beach day with the same driver.
