For JOB riders landing at MCO
Your Orlando airport pickup guide
Thank you for riding with JOB Transportation of Florida. If your driver sent you this page, they are coordinating your pickup. Keep in touch with them before and after you land, and follow the instructions they confirm.
Which terminal are you landing in?
Not sure? Your airline's app or boarding pass shows it, or ask your driver.
Before and after you land
-
Text your driver at the gate
Send a text once your plane reaches the gate. Still on board? Say so, then text again when you're off.
If your route includes the airport train, your driver may ask you to text when you board it and when you get off.
Both go to our main line, 407-837-5656.
-
Flight changed or delayed?
We watch your flight and will contact you if we learn of a delay or cancellation. If you hear first, tell your driver and keep them posted on your new arrival time.
Landing much later than planned, after midnight or the next day? Call your hotel or resort so they hold your room.
-
Storms and lightning
Nearby lightning can keep you on the plane and hold up bags, sometimes for an hour or more. Tell your driver if you're still on board.
When several flights share a carousel, bags come out in batches; other people's bags don't mean yours are next. In bad weather your driver usually waits until your bags start arriving before setting the meeting spot. No checked bags? Let them know.
We never pick up at the arrivals curb
Every pickup happens on Level 1, Ground Transportation. If a meet-and-greet is arranged, your driver meets you inside first and walks you to the vehicle. Wait for your driver's confirmed instructions before you go outside.
Terminals A and B

Level 2 · Baggage claim
Go to your flight's baggage claim side
A-side baggage claim means go to A; B-side means go to B. Go there even if you have no checked bags. Unsure which side? Ask your driver.
Most A and B gates connect to the main terminal by a short train. If yours does, your driver may ask you to text when you board it and when you get off.

Level 2 · Inside, at baggage claim
Meet-and-greet arranged? Wait inside
Your driver meets you inside at your flight's baggage claim. Stay there, even without checked bags, and don't step outside. Your driver walks you down to the vehicle on Level 1.

Level 1 · Ground Transportation
Meeting at the vehicle? Go down to Level 1
Take the elevators to Level 1, Ground Transportation, and head for the outdoor exit behind the elevators. Your driver texts you the exact spot number.
Taking the escalator? Step off at Level 1 and follow the signs outside. Check the level signs; don't ride a second escalator down to a lower level.

Riding in an SUV, sedan or low-roof van?
These vehicles pass a security checkpoint before reaching the pickup area. On busy arrivals, and in bad weather, give your driver extra time to clear it.
Carry-on only, in bad weather?
The vehicle checkpoint may close or slow down. Your driver confirms whether to meet outside on Level 1 or at the bottom of the escalator on your A or B side. Happy to meet downstairs for a faster pickup? Tell your driver, and wait for their OK before you move.

Inside the terminal
Meet-and-greet arranged? Wait inside
Your driver meets you inside at the meeting spot they give you. Wait there and don't step outside; your driver walks you to the vehicle.
In bad weather your driver may need to park near the train station rather than Terminal C, which adds a few minutes. Stay in touch while they make their way to you.

Bags, then customs if you flew in from abroad
Meeting at the vehicle? Collect your bags first
Pick up any checked bags and finish passport control and customs if you need to. Then follow your driver's instructions down.

Level 1 · Ground Transportation
Take the glass elevators to Level 1
Ride the glass elevators to Level 1, Ground Transportation, and go outside. Your driver confirms one of two spots:
- The large circular cul-de-sac
- Numbered spots 270 and 271, at the far left of the bus parking area as you walk out

Carry-on only, in bad weather?
Text your driver once you're off the plane and ready. If you're happy to meet straight on Level 1 for a faster pickup, say so. Your driver confirms the exact spot before you head down.
Can't find your meeting spot?
Contact your driver before you change locations, and go only to the spot they give you. Thank you for your patience and for keeping your driver updated.
